Franklin Monroe Families,
In response to Governor DeWine’s announcement on Tuesday, August 4th that masks will now be required in school for students in grades K-12, we have made the appropriate updates to our Reopening Plan. The plan has also been updated, based on the recommendation of the Darke County Health Department, to reflect the new first day of school for students, Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
Also, please see below a link to our online learning information. Here you will find several examples of lessons across various grade levels, as well as the opt-in form for parents to complete who are choosing the online option. Please complete one form for each student participating. The deadline for choosing the online option is Friday, August 14, 2020 and we ask all families choosing the online option to please contact the central office at 937-947-1212 to inform us of your decision in order to help us with planning and preparation.
Thank you for your continued patience in this process as we continue to provide updates based on evolving conditions and guidance from public health authorities
